Multi-platform Food Service Packaging Consumer Behavior and Interaction Dataset System compiles consumer behavior and interaction performance data of packaging from different brands and categories in the food service industry across multiple e-commerce platforms and new retail channels. Covering diverse platform types, operation modes and promotional campaign characteristics, it establishes a structured data system centered on core metrics including sales volume, favorites, likes, comments, ratings, event participation status and platform recommendation status. The dataset includes fields such as packaging ID, brand name, product name, affiliated platform, launch time, platform-recommended status, participation in promotional/holiday campaigns, number of campaign participations, monthly sales, number of favorites, number of likes, number of comments, positive review rate, average rating, comment keyword tags, active interaction index, and consumer behavior heat level of food service packaging. The data sources cover product detail pages on e-commerce platforms, publicly available operational activity records from platforms, publicly released consumer comments and rating data, as well as multi-channel product information released by brands, ensuring that all information is publicly accessible and verifiable. Through unified encoding and normalization rules, brand names, product names and platform information are standardized and desensitized, enabling cross-platform, cross-brand and cross-category comparative analysis.
