Whole genome sequencing of clinical isolated Acinetobacter species. Acinetobacter baumannii

We study to understand antibiotic resistance mechanisms of Acinetobacter species. This genus shows drug-resistance to various kinds of antibiotics. To acquire some biochemical findings, we attempt to perform whole genome sequencing of Acinetobacter clinical isolates, and compare the sequences to those of related species.
