We report a role of Heat shock protein 60 (Hsp60) in the oxidative stress-induced gene expression in cancer cells. Overall design: mRNA profiles from MDA-MB-231, HCT116 cells before and after treatment of H2O2 as well as H2O2 plus Hsp60N antibody. For 3 conditions (control, H2O2, H2O2 plus Hsp60N), replicates were generated.
