Inter-rater measurements of ten CT-based 3D proximal femoral parameters in 20 dry cadaveric femora: data and analysis script

Raw inter-rater measurements and analysis script supporting: Ghannam MIA, Arfian N, Faisal A, Sakti YM. Inter-rater reliability, agreement and measurement error of CT-based three-dimensional proximal femoral morphometry in dry cadaveric femora (Scientific Reports, revised manuscript). The dataset contains measurements of ten proximal femoral parameters (FHD, FHO, FHH, FND, FNL, NSA, FAA, ITD, FCD1, FCD2) made independently by two raters on CT-based 3D models of 20 adult dry cadaveric femora. The Python script reproduces all statistics (Tables 1 and 2) and Figures 1 and 2. CT images (DICOM) and 3D models (STL) are restricted by institutional policy and available from the corresponding author on reasonable request. v3: reproduce_analysis.py updated for the revised manuscript (CV = SEM/grand mean × 100; added total inter-rater error).
