we followed the hypothesis that Siponimod, a sphingosine-1 phosphate receptor modulator exerts protective effects by a direct modulation of glia cell function Overall design: To this end, we used the toxin-mediated, nonautoimmune MS animal model of cuprizone intoxication. NGS experiments were performed with mixed corpus callosum/neocortical tissues isolated from control (n=5), 3 weeks cuprizone intoxicated mice (Cup3wks-Veh; n=5) and Cuprizone 3 weeks plus siponimod 3.125mg/kg (Cup3wks-Sipo; n=5)
