Street Pavement 2025
收藏资源简介:
Overview This feature service provides detailed polygon data representing paved or impervious surfaces, specifically street pavement, within the Cape Cod region. The data was developed as a part of a project funded by the Cape Cod Commission and completed by NV5, using high-resolution aerial imagery acquired in Spring 2025. Feature Layers Street Pavement: This polygon layer represents various types of pavement surfaces including concrete, asphalt, chip and seal, brickpaver, cobblestone, gravel, and other types. It captures different uses of these surfaces such as streets, sidewalks, bike paths, parking lots, and curbs among others. The data quality is high, with a horizontal positional accuracy within 0.38 meters at a 95% confidence level, suitable for detailed planimetric mapping at 1:4000 scale. Imagery used for data capture consists of 4-band true color and near infrared with very specific acquisition conditions ensuring minimal shadows and clear visibility of surfaces during the leaf-off period in early 2025. Geographic Coverage The data covers the Cape Cod area with precise mapping of urban and transportation infrastructure pavement surfaces, reflecting current conditions as of spring 2025. Use Cases Urban planning and infrastructure management addressing pavement maintenance and replacement prioritization. Transportation network analysis that includes multi-modal paths such as pedestrian sidewalks and bike routes. Environmental and impervious surface studies requiring accurate pavement delineations. Public works and asset management for access control purposes. Supporting GIS applications that require up-to-date and accurate pavement surface data for the Cape Cod region.
