Pf-Phospho

The Phospho-DB Database presents the well curated information of the phosphorylation sites of different proteins of Plasmodium genus species. Based on the availability, the phosphosites data has been mined from published literature studies of the mass-spectrometry based phosphosite identification experiments covering different life stages of the parasite.Phospho-DB数据库（Phospho-DB Database）收录了经人工精心整理的疟原虫属（Plasmodium）物种各蛋白质的磷酸化位点信息。基于数据可得性，该磷酸化位点数据集均取自已发表的基于质谱的磷酸化位点鉴定实验相关文献研究，这些研究覆盖了该寄生虫的不同发育阶段。
