Whole-genome sequencing of soybean (Glycine max), G. soja, and bulked segregants for yellow mosaic disease resistance analysis

This dataset includes whole-genome sequencing data from cultivated soybean (Glycine max cv. NRC 94), wild soybean (Glycine soja accession PI 393551), and resistant and susceptible bulks derived from an F2 interspecific population. The objective of the study was to identify genomic regions and candidate genes associated with yellow mosaic disease (YMD) resistance using QTL-seq. Sequencing was performed using the Illumina NovaSeq 6000 platform with paired-end reads.
