This dataset contains two Excel files from a study investigating CDK8 gene polymorphisms in bladder cancer among Chinese Han population:<br>1. SNP_Genotyping_Data.xlsx- Genotyping results for CDK8 polymorphisms (rs17083838 and rs7992670)- Data from 271 bladder cancer patients and 381 healthy controls from Chinese Han population- Variables include: sample ID, genotypes,age,gender,smoking status,age group,group (case/control)- Genotyping method:RFLP-PCR<br>2. Clinical_Information.xlsx——临床信息数据:包含膀胱癌患者的临床与人口统计学资料;变量涵盖样本ID、年龄、年龄分组(青年/老年)、性别(男/女)、吸烟状态(吸烟者/非吸烟者)、5年生存结局(存活/死亡)、5年生存时间(月)、复发状态(是/否)、复发时间(月)、肿瘤分期(肌层浸润性膀胱癌(Muscle-Invasive Bladder Cancer, MIBC)/非肌层浸润性膀胱癌(Non-Muscle-Invasive Bladder Cancer, NMIBC))、肿瘤分级(高/低)、临床分期(I~IV期)、转移状态(是/否);随访周期为2015年至2020年,包含治疗相关信息与结局。<br>研究周期为2024年,研究机构为四川大学华西第二医院教育部妇女儿童出生缺陷与相关疾病重点实验室(四川大学转化医学中心分子转化医学实验室)。<br>本次研究采用的统计分析方法包括:哈迪-温伯格平衡检验、单核苷酸多态性与癌症风险的关联分析、采用Kaplan-Meier法的生存分析、用于预后分析的Cox回归分析。<br>备注:所有数据已完成匿名化处理以保护患者隐私。
