To investigate effects of siRNA with various 2'- modifications on genome-wide off-target effect, we analyzed gene expression profile of HeLa cells transfected by their siRNAs. Total RNAs were extracted from HeLa cells transfected by mock, unmodified, 2'-deoxy-2'-fluoro, or 2'-O-methyl modified siRNA and performed microarray analysis.
