Sample Size Estimation for Differential Abundance Studies The materials provided in this repository are intended to ensure the reproducibility of the analyses presented in the manuscript. They include: The thirty datasets used throughout the study. R scripts for reproducing the statistical analyses and figures reported in the paper. Supplementary materials. The statistical methods described in the paper are implemented in the power.nb R package, which is publicly available on CRAN: https://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/power.nb/index.html. Researchers are encouraged to use the archived materials in this repository together with the power.nb package to reproduce and extend the analyses presented in the paper.
