Territorial contracts 2017 to 2022

The regional territory is structured in inter-municipalities and groupings of inter-municipalities with territorial development strategies. In order to promote social and territorial cohesion, to support the animation of these local strategies and the resulting projects, to improve the readability and proximity of regional action at the service of inhabitants, the Region, in partnership with the Departmental Councils, has set up a programmatic tool at the service of the planning and development of Norman territories: the Territory Contract. Signed for the period 2017-2021 with the public institutions for inter-municipal cooperation (EPCI), or more exceptionally with a group of EPCIs from the same territorial and rural balance cluster (PETR), the territorial contract is built on the basis of a local development strategy.
