Developmental trajectory of unconventional T cells of the cynomolgus macaque thymus

We profiled the differentiation pathways and heterogeneity of thymocytes in the young cynomolgus monkey thymus using single-cell RNA sequencing. Using DEG analysis and trajectory analysis, we temporally distinguished the conventional selection pathway and the agonist selection pathway of thymocytes and inferred the association between agonist selection and various unconventional T-cell lineages.
