Blueline Channels

Blueline channels are the connecting water channels and streams around redline channels that may not be capable of conveying the 100-year 500 cubic feet per second requirement. These channels are defined by the USGS as navigable channels. See also redline channel data. Together, redline and blueline channels make up the entire stream network of Ventura County. This is a rough estimation of the location of channels that are NOT jurisdictional channels. For use in planning and reporting, not for detail work.
