Effects of SLC27A family intervention on the immune microenvironment of orthotopic hepatocellular carcinoma in mice

Using a gene-editing strategy, we selectively deleted either Slc27a2 or Slc27a5 in mouse liver. On this background, we established an orthotopic hepatocellular carcinoma model and employed single-cell RNA sequencing to compare the immune-microenvironmental changes in knockout versus wild-type tumors.
