Movie S1. Dynamic SM protrusions after migration and proliferation. Spinning disk confocal time-lapse showing cytoneme-like extensions in post-migratory SMs. SM membranes were visualized with the same Phlh-8>2x mTurquoise2::PH marker used for imaging migration. Movie shows maximum intensity projection of confocal z-slices. Animal is oriented with anterior to left and dorsal to top. Time elapsed is labeled in minutes.
