Data and Analysis Scripts for "Sub-100 km ocean processes revealed by structure functions of SWOT sea surface height and in situ observing network"

This is the collection of data and analysis scripts (primarily MATLAB, with some Python and shell scripts) for the paper "Sub-100 km ocean processes revealed by structure functions of SWOT sea surface height and in situ observing network", Kachelein et al. (preprint at https://doi.org/10.22541/essoar.174250725.56102978/v1). These include scripts to generate figures in that paper as well as analysis of data as provided by other data repositories. SWOT and mooring data are available at https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.14675994 and glider data at https://slocum-data.marine.rutgers.edu/erddap/files/ru32-20230330T1626-profile-sci-delayed/ and https://slocum-data.marine.rutgers.edu/erddap/files/ru38-20230420T1602-profile-sci-delayed/ The contributors listed in this archive are credited specifically because they helped write some scripts that are part of this archive; other coathors of the main text and those responsible for curating data that are analyzed here are not listed as contributors, as they are cited in the archives listed above. The m_map package is required for one of the figures, but because that package does not appear to have any license (save for a few scripts), we do not redistribute it. It can be accessed at the time of writing at https://www-old.eoas.ubc.ca/~rich/map.html. Any component of this archive with its own preexisting license is distributed with that license, all others are under GPL v3.0+.
