BRT-II reproducibility materials: biological information recycling across carriers
收藏资源简介:
Reproducibility materials supporting the exploratory environmental-DNA analysis and quantitative reconstruction in the review “Biological information recycling across carriers: a pathway-specific framework and the quantum-classical boundary of heredity.” The deposit contains author-created analysis code, harmonisation records, machine-readable results, verification ledgers, provenance records, checksum manifests, and methodological documentation. It supports the recipient-relative calibration of environmental DNA persistence, the exploratory grouped predictive analyses, the qPCR censoring reanalysis, and the evidentiary audits reported in the associated manuscript. Third-party raw data and publisher files are not relicensed by this deposit and remain available from their original repositories, accessions, or publisher supplements. Original code is provided under the MIT License, author-created documentation and derived outputs under CC BY 4.0, and metadata under CC0 1.0.
