Gene expression profile in cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury of rat model

To reveal the alterations of mRNA profile in cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury in rat. The SD rats were used to established the middle cerebral artery occlusion and reperfusion (MCAO/R) model. RNA-seq were performed to identify differences in gene expression.本研究旨在揭示大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤中的mRNA表达谱变化。实验采用SD大鼠构建大脑中动脉阻塞再灌注（middle cerebral artery occlusion and reperfusion, MCAO/R）模型，通过RNA测序（RNA-seq）技术鉴定基因表达差异。
