本数据集包含GCKR-P446L-EMI-B6N雌雄小鼠的肝脏转录组数据。所有受试小鼠均饲喂标准啮齿类饲料，饲养至14周龄时处死，采集肝脏组织用于RNA提取及测序。其中雄性小鼠分为两组：446PP基因型样本4例，446LL基因型样本4例；雌性小鼠分为两组：446PP基因型样本5例，446LL基因型样本5例。
