This is a dataset to accompany the 2020 journal submission "3D Mapping of Neurofibrillary Tangle Burden in the Human Medial Temporal Lobe" by Yushkevich et al.. A preliminary study using a portion of this dataset was presented in

The dataset contains ex vivo MRI scans, reconstructed Nissl histology sections, reconstructed anti-tau immmunohistochemistry sections, and derived tau neurofibrillary tangle burden maps for 18 brain donors.
