Proteomic data sets from Candidatus Streptomyces philanthi biovar triangulum, the symbiont of the European beewolf Philanthus triangulum triangulum. The subcollection "in vitro proteome" was generated from axenic culture of Candidatus Streptomyces philanthi biovar triangulum strain 23Af2 in liquid Grace medium, the subcollection "in vivo proteome" from secretions of female European beewolves, Philanthus triangulum triangulum, into their brood cell, containing Candidatus streptomyces philanthi biovar triangulum, but not closer identified strains.
