Multi-source Mapping of Peatland Types using Sentinel-1, Sentinel-2 and Terrain Derivatives – A Comparison Between Five High-latitude Landscapes

Dataset used in the publication "Multi-source mapping of peatland types using Sentinel-1, Sentinel-2 and terrain derivatives – A comparison between five high-latitude landscapes". The five sites include North Slope (Alaska), Yukon (Canada), Great Slave Lake (Canada), Hudson Bay Lowlands (Canada) and northern Sweden (Scandinavia). This dataset includes reference data in shape-file format. It also includes a description of classes used in the classification. The dataset was originally published in DiVA and moved to SND in 2024.本数据集为发表于学术论文《基于哨兵-1（Sentinel-1）、哨兵-2（Sentinel-2）与地形衍生数据的泥炭地类型多源制图——五种高纬度景观间的对比研究》的配套数据集，其研究涵盖五个站点：阿拉斯加北坡、加拿大育空、加拿大大奴湖、加拿大哈得逊湾低地以及斯堪的纳维亚地区的瑞典北部。该数据集包含Shapefile格式的参考数据，同时涵盖分类任务中所用的地物类别说明。本数据集最初发布于DiVA平台，并于2024年迁移至SND平台。
