Single-cell morphometric feature-barcode matrices for two RT patients (DLBCL and cHL)

This dataset corresponds to the feature barcode matrices required to create the Seurat objects corresponding to each of two RT patients as described in the manuscript “Single-cell morphometrics from hematoxylin and eosin-stained images reveals subtype-specific features in chronic lymphocytic leukemia”These Seurat objects contain morphometric data derived from segmentation and measurement conducted in a previous step with Cell Profiler. These feature barcode matrix data were created prior to integration by Harmony
