使用激光加工设备对工件或物料进行表面高精度加工,如在工件表面切割出尺寸精度高的零部件或图案;数据应用可以解决根据激光加工设备的额定功率选择合适的加工功率以及加工速度,能够达到将切割效果,且激光对工作台损伤最小或无损伤。同时,通过选择合适的气压气流量对加工点进行散热,气流将加工点产生的热量带走,避免热量积累造成工件局部温度过高产生自燃,同时还可以将激光加工产生的颗粒带走,避免附着在产品表面影响视觉感官,做到表面清洁。

This dataset is designed for high-precision surface machining of workpieces or materials using laser processing equipment, such as cutting high-dimensional-precision components or patterns onto workpiece surfaces. It enables applications that select appropriate processing power and machining speed based on the rated power of laser processing equipment, to achieve optimal cutting effects while minimizing or eliminating laser-induced damage to the workbench. Meanwhile, by configuring suitable air pressure and flow rate to dissipate heat at the machining point, the airflow carries away the heat generated during processing, preventing heat accumulation from causing excessive local temperatures of the workpiece and consequent spontaneous combustion. Additionally, it removes debris generated by laser processing, preventing their adhesion to the product surface which would degrade visual quality, thus ensuring a clean finished surface.
