The Effect of A2 milk on Gut Microbiota Modulation after Milk Consumption: A Single-center, Randomized, Double-blind, Cross-over Study

This study aims to monitor changes in gut microbiota following consumption of A2 milk. The A2 milk group was also compared with the A1/A2 milk group (control group), to observe how beta-casein present in A2 milk influences gut microbiota.
