Genome-wide regulon of NtrC under nitrogen limitation in Methylomonas sp. DH-1

We employed ChIP-exo and RNA-seq experiments to analyze the transcription factor NtrC and its regulon, thereby elucidating the causal relationship between NtrC and transcriptional adaptive response of Methylomonas sp. DH-1 to nitrogen limitation. NtrC knockout and myc-tagged strains of Methylomonas sp. DH-1 was constructed and cultured in nitrate mineral salt (NMS) medium w/ and w/o nitrate.
