场馆覆盖指标数据包括：由第三方专业测试机构中国信息通信研究院，在2021年9月，在北京对冬奥场馆网络指标中的时延指标要求进行测试，测试结果包括5G端到端时延原始数据，最大时延数据。共进行5次测试，每次ping100次，取平均值和最大值。并根据测到的端到端时延和网络侧时延，计算空口时延。由第三方专业测试机构中国信息通信研究院在2021年7月-8月，在张家口国家高山滑雪中心和冬季两项中心等冬奥场馆进行场馆公众网络用户无线终端宏覆盖速率测试，测试指标为上行和下行业务速率。

The venue coverage indicator data includes: Tests on the delay indicator requirements for the network indicators of Winter Olympics venues were conducted by the third-party professional testing organization China Academy of Information and Communications Technology (CAICT) in Beijing in September 2021. The test results include raw 5G end-to-end delay data and maximum delay data; a total of 5 tests were carried out, with 100 pings per test, and the average and maximum values were calculated. The air interface delay was further computed based on the measured end-to-end delay and network-side delay. Additionally, macro coverage rate tests for wireless terminals of public network users were conducted by CAICT at Winter Olympics venues including the National Alpine Ski Center and Biathlon Center in Zhangjiakou from July to August 2021, with uplink and downlink service rates as the test indicators.
