R-script for the analyses

The analyses by Van Bocxlaer & Hunt were performed in the free software environment R (www.r-project.org). This file contains the R script for all analyses. Please see the paper for specifications related to package versions used. Some analyses may require substantial computer power; solutions may be delayed with minutes up to about an hour depending on computer specifications.
