Abstract This dataset and accompanying analysis present evidence of correlations between solar–geomagnetic activity (OMNI 1-min data, AE, Dst, By/Bz, Pdyn, E_proxy) and nocturnal physiological dynamics (EEG, ECG) across six human subjects (INS01–INS07).Using 5-min windows and time-lagged Pearson correlations (±180 min), we identified stable coupling patterns between electromagnetic field (EMF) parameters and specific brain oscillations and heart rate variability metrics.Permutation and bootstrap validation (5000 iterations) confirm the statistical robustness of key correlations, revealing individualized yet convergent resonance profiles.
