The Gyroid Computational Tool for Structure Generation and Optimisation Installer enables the automatic configuration of the environment required to run the software dedicated to the modelling and optimisation of TPMS (Triple Periodic Minimal Surfaces) structures applied to bone tissue engineering. This application integrates a high-performance calculation engine developed in C++, GPU-accelerated via OpenCL, together with a graphical interface in Python, providing a complete platform for the generation, morphological analysis and optimisation of three-dimensional scaffolds for additive manufacturing. During the installation process, the following are automatically configured: Executable components of the simulation and optimisation engine; Libraries required for parallel processing on the GPU (OpenCL); Dependencies for generating three-dimensional meshes based on OpenVDB; Graphical interface developed in PyQt6; Directory structure for execution, export and storage of results. After installation, the user will be able to: Generate Gyroid structures in the Sheet and Skeletal variants and with variable thickness gradients; Perform advanced morphological analysis, including calculation of porosity, surface density and pore diameter; Execute automatic geometric optimisation processes based on biological requirements; Export three-dimensional models ready for 3D printing in STL format. The installer ensures a consistent configuration of the computing environment, allowing immediate use of the application without the need for additional manual configuration.
