This study aims to elucidate the molecular functions and regulatory network of the UBE2B gene in gastric cancer. We employed RNA interference (siRNA) technology to specifically knock down the expression of the UBE2B gene in the human gastric cancer cell line, MKN-45. Subsequently, through high-throughput transcriptome sequencing (RNA-Seq), we systematically compared the differential gene expression profiles between the UBE2B knockdown group and the negative control group. The primary objective of this research is to identify the key downstream genes and signaling pathways regulated by UBE2B. The significance of this study lies in its potential not only to reveal the specific mechanisms by which UBE2B is involved in the pathogenesis of gastric cancer, but also to provide new molecular targets and a theoretical basis for its diagnosis and treatment, thereby laying the foundation for the development of more effective therapeutic strategies.
