The NOTRe law, promulgated in August 2015, made it possible to draw up a departmental scheme to improve the accessibility of public services, in particular through the labelling of public service houses.

In Corrèze, the pre-existence of the Department's Houses, created between 2004 and 2008, greatly encouraged the establishment of this type of structure.
Six of them have been labelled Maison du Département et de services au public (MDDSAP): Eygurande, Beaulieu, Sornac, Beynat, Saint-Privat and Mercoeur.

In a ‘House of services to the public’, the user is welcomed by an agent and can, in a single place, obtain information and carry out administrative procedures under the responsibility of several public administrations or bodies. Close to home, the House provides access to a wide range of services provided with the help of five national partners: Pôle Emploi, CAF, CPAM, MSA and CARSAT (Caisse d’assurance retraite et de la santé au travail).

It offers residents high-quality help, listening and support in their daily life: social assistance and benefits, employment, integration, retirement, energy, health prevention, access to rights, mobility, community life, etc.
The objectives of these Service Houses

> Reception and information places for all users: individuals, families, associations, municipalities, etc., on all matters relating to the Department's competences.
It is possible to take immediate steps: registrations, grant applications, technical problems on departmental roads, appointments, withdrawal of applications for social intervention or scholarships...
In addition, the Houses of the Department provide you with assistance for administrative acts such as the preparation of files, the writing of CVs ....

> Places of networking with various public services that can carry out permanences (Local Mission, Information Center on the Law of Women and Families, Permanent Center of Initiative for the Environment, Departmental Association of Information on Housing, Social Assistant ...).

> Places of access to the Internet multimedia spaces are available to all users.

> Specific activities are developed in some: Point lecture (Mercœur), Videoconferencing terminals (Beaulieu and Eygurande), Tourist offices (Beynat and Sornac).

在科雷兹省，2004至2008年间先期设立的省级之家为此类机构的推广奠定了坚实基础，极大推动了其落地发展。目前已有6家机构获得省级公共服务之家（Maison du Département et de services au public，简称MDDSAP）认证，分别坐落于艾居朗德（Eygurande）、博利厄（Beaulieu）、索尔纳克（Sornac）、贝纳（Beynat）、圣普里瓦（Saint-Privat）与默克尔（Mercoeur）。

在“公共服务之家”内，办事群众将获得专人接待，并可在单一办公场所内，完成多个公共行政部门或机构权责范围内的信息咨询与行政手续办理。该机构贴近居民生活，依托5家国家级合作机构——法国就业局（Pôle Emploi）、家庭补助基金（CAF）、基本医疗保险基金（CPAM）、农业社会互助基金（MSA）以及退休与劳动健康保险局（CARSAT，Caisse d’assurance retraite et de la santé au travail）——可提供多元化公共服务。

其可为辖区居民提供高品质的日常帮扶、倾听与支持服务，涵盖社会救助与福利、就业促进、社会融入、养老保障、能源服务、健康预防、权利主张、出行服务、社区生活等诸多领域。

此类公共服务之家的建设目标如下：
> 面向全体服务对象（个人、家庭、协会、市政单位等）打造覆盖省级事权范畴所有事项的接待与信息咨询场所；群众可当场办理各类业务，包括登记注册、补助申请、省级道路技术问题处置、预约服务、社会救助申请提交或奖学金申领等。
> 搭建与各类公共服务机构的联动枢纽，可开展日常驻点服务，涵盖地方就业服务站、妇女与家庭法律信息中心、环境永久倡议中心、省级住房信息协会、社会救助专员等服务场景。
> 配备互联网多媒体空间，向全体服务对象开放使用。
> 部分机构还开展特色专属活动：如默克尔的阅读驿站、博利厄与艾居朗德的视频会议终端服务、贝纳与索尔纳克的旅游咨询服务。
