研究主要基于BASIC床层数值模拟软件进行丰富拓展,预测污染物其在床层上的生成规律。BASIC床层模型是自主开发的一套床层数值模拟软件,主要针对焚烧炉床层内的整体的焚烧过程(包括水分蒸发、挥发分析出、挥发分燃烧、固定碳燃烧)进行建模,进而预测床层上各类物理量(温度、压力、流速、固相变化、常规气体污染物浓度)的变化情况。
该模型建立了垃圾焚烧炉内的床层模型BASIC,并为后续的垃圾焚烧炉炉膛模拟计算提供了较为准确的初始计算数据,最终实现对垃圾在焚烧炉内的全部焚烧过程的模拟预测,指导垃圾在焚烧炉内的高效燃烧,降低焚烧炉的运行成本,针对不同污染物预测其排放量最低的运行工况,最大程度地减少各类污染物的排放。
This research conducts extensive expansion and optimization based on the BASIC bed numerical simulation software, aiming to predict the generation regularity of pollutants on the incineration bed. The BASIC bed model is an independently developed bed numerical simulation software that primarily models the overall incineration process inside the incinerator bed, including moisture evaporation, volatile matter precipitation, volatile combustion, and fixed carbon combustion, thereby predicting the changes of various physical quantities on the bed, such as temperature, pressure, flow velocity, solid-phase changes, and concentrations of conventional gaseous pollutants.
This model establishes the BASIC bed model for waste incinerators, provides relatively accurate initial calculation data for subsequent simulation calculations of the incinerator furnace chamber, and ultimately realizes the simulation and prediction of the entire incineration process of waste in the incinerator. It can guide the efficient combustion of waste within the incinerator, reduce the operating costs of the incinerator, predict the operating conditions with the lowest emissions for different pollutants, and minimize the emissions of various pollutants to the greatest extent.
