MODIS Global Land Surface Temperature and Emissivity from Aqua Thermal Infrared Observations

This dataset provides Aqua/MODIS thermal infrared products during 2024, including 1 km resolution land surface temperature (LST), land surface emissivity (LSE), and brightness temperature (BT) products. The LST product represents the temperature of the land surface under clear-sky conditions. The LSE products represent the surface emissivity characteristics at three MODIS thermal infrared bands, including band 29 (LSE29), band 31 (LSE31), and band 32 (LSE32). The BT products represent the top-of-atmosphere brightness temperature observations from MODIS thermal infrared bands 27, 28, 29, 31, and 32. Each product is stored as a separate TIF file.
