In this project, Borrelia miyamotoi genomes were isolated, cultured and sequences (Illumina and PacBio), with the aim to study their genomic features. This work was supported by Russian Science Foundation (grant number 15-15-00072),the Dutch "Zorg Onderzoek Nederland Medische Wetenschappen" (grant number 5220-03-007), and through the European Regional Development Fund and the Interreg North Sea Region Programme 2014-2020 as part of the NorthTick project (grant number J-No: 38-2-7-19).
