Datasets corresponding to Fig.6 to. Fig.9c. These datasets are stochastic characteristics of inter-large-satellite channel models, containing auto-correlation functions, cross-correlation functions, frequency-correlation functions, Doppler power spectrum density, cumulative density functions (CDFs) of root mean square (RMS) angular spread, CDFs of RMS stationary intervals and other validation results. They were obtained through channel simulations of our proposed model based on the satellite information from satellite simulation softwares and dimensions of different spacecraft in our paper. Results of channel validation include both the simulation results of our proposed channel model and public channel measurement. These datasets can be used for the study of inter-large-satellite channels.
