资源简介:
Objective To systematically search, extract, and summarize the best evidence of postpartum breastfeeding promotion strategies in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus, to provide the basis for clinical evidence-based decision-making and intervention measures. Methods According to the "6S" evidence model, the evidence on postpartum breastfeeding promotion strategies in GDM patients was systematically searched from domestic and foreign computer decision support systems, guideline websites, databases, and related professional association websites. The literature types included clinical decisions, best practices, guidelines, systematic review, evidence summary, randomized controlled trial, and expert consensus. The search period is up to November 2024. Literature selection and literature quality evaluation were conducted independently by two researchers, and evidence was extracted, summarized, and summarized according to the research theme. Results 24 kinds of literature were included, including 2 clinical decisions, 6 guidelines, 2 systematic reviews, 1 evidence summary, 11 randomized controlled trials, and 2 expert consensuses. This study focused on six aspects: lactation stimulation, blood glucose management, knowledge and skills, support education, multidisciplinary cooperation and contraception. A total of 24 specific evidence items on the postpartum promotion of breastfeeding in GDM patients were summarized, involving key contents such as early skin-to-skin contact, guidance on lactation frequency, blood glucose monitoring scheme, personalized education, multidisciplinary cooperation, and contraceptive method selection. Conclusion This study summarizes the best evidence on postpartum breastfeeding promotion behavior in GDM patients from multiple dimensions, which can provide evidence-based evidence for the clinical application of targeted evidence.
