(1) Descripted in dataset 1 are the measurements of 30 sampling points from Lake Xuanwu. The measurements include the DO, pH, water temperature, DIC, DOC, pCO2, and pCH4 at each sampling point.(2) Descripted in dataset 2 are the collected data from previous publications. These data are presented in Figure 9 and Figure 10 in the manuscript.(3) Descripted in dataset 3 are the measured concentrations of both CO2 and CH4 by boat cruising.
