公路基础设施防灾抗灾数据分析服务

采集安徽省多个工点（路桥隧）的工程基础信息、安全现状调查信息、灾害评估信息并建立模型，从多个业务系统接入工点的健康监测信息、工程检测信息、养护施工信息实现多源数据融合，通过GIS可视化平台进行集成管理和展示，形成防灾抗灾一张图。系统支持用户分级分权管理和跨单位协同作业，对灾害风险点跟踪管控，定期对各个风险点进行评估、预警、干预、保障，实现全省高速公路灾害风险全生命周期管控，保障高速路网的安全通行。

Collect engineering basic information, safety status survey information and disaster assessment information from multiple road, bridge and tunnel construction sites in Anhui Province, and establish corresponding models. Integrate multi-source data by accessing health monitoring information, engineering inspection information and maintenance and construction information of these sites from multiple business systems. Carry out integrated management and visualization via the GIS visualization platform, and form a "one-map" platform for disaster prevention and mitigation. The system supports hierarchical and permission-decentralized user management and cross-unit collaborative operations, tracks and manages disaster risk points, regularly conducts assessment, early warning, intervention and safeguard for each risk point, so as to realize the full-life-cycle management and control of expressway disaster risks in the entire province and ensure the safe passage of the expressway network.
