资源简介:
The diamondback moth (DBM) is a destructive pests to Cruciferae crpos. One effective approach to control its population is attractive trap based on sex pheromone. However, some reports suggest that there is geographical variation in the pheromone systems of this species. Therefore, the transcriptome sequencing of the DBM sexual gland and the annotation of the gene relating sex pheromone bio-synthesis will provide an important basis for exploring the chemoreception mechanisms of sex gland in DBM
