Data used in Fig. 2 fig3_and_fig4_new.nb: Mathematica Notebook with data in "Table" format. It contains phase and group velocities for the modes |m|=1 and |m|=2 for \omega = 0.4\omega_p, \epsilon_d = 10 and \beta = 10. It also contains the position dependent refractive index for various modes and \omega = 0.4\omega_p, \epsilon_d = 10 and \beta = 10.
