This dataset comprises monthly mean 2m temperature and precipitation files for May and June 1998, generated by CNRM using the CNRM-CM6-1 model initialized on May 1st, 1998. As an AOGCM, the model initializes its ocean component from the Glorys V2 ocean reanalysis, while the atmosphere and land components are initialized from ERA5. Additionally, a LST/SUBT temperature mask is applied over the Rocky Mountains during the initialization step.
