The dataset contains all relevant pictures, AFM scans, Young Modulus related data, z-stacks confocal images, fluorescence data related to permeability experiments and Trans Endothelial Electrical Resistance measurements for the associated paper entitled "Porous polymeric nanofilms for recreating the basement membrane in an endothelial barrier-on-chip". All graphs originated from images or AFM scans can be reproduced following the relevant method section in the associated publication.
