通过采集进浆流速、进水流速、压力、换浆次数等数据,在灌浆过程中实时分析水灰比,提升灌浆过程管理和成果统计效率,保证灌浆质量,实现了对裂隙冲洗、压水、配 浆、变浆、灌浆和封孔等全过程智能控制。1.数据来源 通过在灌浆单元机上安装压力传感器、流量传感器、密度传感器、温度传感器、抬动传感器等监测设备,采集进浆流速、进水流速、压力、水量、水泥量等数据; 2.数据处理及应用 根据上述采集数据,采用配浆控制算法计算出水灰比(水量G/水泥量Q=水灰比L),通过在灌浆过程中实时分析水灰比,提升灌浆过程管理和成果统计效率,保证灌浆质量,用于灌浆施工过程信息监控和异常情况录入、灌浆过程数据实时监控、灌浆设备调拨维护在线查询、灌浆成果防伪查询、设备位置和轨迹在线查询等,实现灌浆现场业务便捷化、移动化、扁平化管理。

This dataset collects data such as inlet grout flow rate, inlet water flow rate, pressure, grout replacement times, etc. It conducts real-time analysis of water-cement ratio during the grouting process, improves the efficiency of grouting process management and result statistics, ensures grouting quality, and realizes intelligent full-process control over procedures including fracture flushing, water pressure test, slurry preparation, slurry adjustment, grouting and hole sealing. 1. Data Source: Monitoring equipment such as pressure sensors, flow sensors, density sensors, temperature sensors and uplift sensors are installed on the grouting unit equipment to collect data including inlet grout flow rate, inlet water flow rate, pressure, water volume and cement dosage. 2. Data Processing and Application: Based on the collected data, the water-cement ratio is calculated via the slurry preparation control algorithm (water volume G / cement dosage Q = water-cement ratio L). By performing real-time analysis of the water-cement ratio during the grouting process, the efficiency of grouting process management and result statistics is enhanced, and grouting quality is guaranteed. This system is applied to scenarios such as information monitoring and abnormal situation recording during grouting construction, real-time monitoring of grouting process data, online query for grouting equipment allocation and maintenance, anti-counterfeiting query of grouting results, online query of equipment position and trajectory, etc., realizing convenient, mobile and flat management of on-site grouting operations.
