Data set and R code for "Forecasting the risk of reinvasion by the giant African snail in Ogasawara, Japan"

Monitoring data of the giant African snail on Chichijima in the Ogasawara Islands (monitoring.csv) and R code used for data analysis (Analysis_code.r) in Paper "Forecasting the risk of reinvasion by the giant African snail in Ogasawara, Japan". In each survey, three to five investigators search for A. fulica at each survey point for a cumulative period of 15 min.
