"This dataset consists of contrast-enhanced abdominal CT scans collected for the study of portal vein and portal vein tumor thrombus (PVTT) segmentation in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). The dataset includes volumetric CT images along with expert-annotated labels of the portal vein\u2013tumor thrombus complex, enabling unified structural modeling.All images were acquired during the portal venous phase and cover the complete hepatic and portal venous system. Manual annotations were performed and verified by experienced radiologists to ensure high-quality ground truth for supervised learning tasks.This dataset is intended to support the development and evaluation of advanced medical image analysis algorithms, including segmentation, classification, and multimodal learning approaches. Its integrated annotation strategy provides a valuable resource for studying complex vascular-tumor interactions and improving AI-assisted diagnosis and treatment planning in HCC."
