Sanger sequencing data for "Distribution and characterisation of ACCase and ALS inhibitor resistance in Irish populations of Alopecurus myosuroides and Lolium multiflorum"

These are the raw, untrimmed Sanger sequencing data and associated metadata generated for the study "Distribution and characterisation of ACCase and ALS inhibitor resistance in Irish populations of Alopecurus myosuroides and Lolium multiflorum". Data are provided as raw AB1 chromatogram files, comprising forward and reverse sequencing reads for each primer pair analysed for individual plants within each population. The sequences cover target regions of the ACCase and ALS genes analysed to identify target-site resistance (TSR) mutations associated with resistance to ACCase- and ALS-inhibiting herbicides.
