资源简介:
The following data files include mechanical behavior and corresponding X-ray diffraction measurement results associated with the 2022 Additive Manufacturing Benchmark test series (AM Bench) AMB2022-04 set of benchmarks. This set of benchmarks is a direct extension to the measurement data provided by an earlier set of benchmarks, AMB2018-01. For AMB2018-01, data were provided for laser powder bed fusion (LPBF) builds of IN625, including powder characterization, detailed information about the build process, in situ measurements during the build, ex situ measurements of the residual stresses, part distortion following partial cutting off the build plate, location-specific microstructure characterization, and microstructure evolution during a post build heat treatment. AMB2022-05 extends these previous datasets to include mechanical behavior measurements from AM Bench 2018 IN625 bridge specimens that were reserved for future use.
Detailed descriptions and measurement data from the earlier AMB2018-01 builds and benchmark measurements may be located through the AM Bench website at www.nist.gov/ambench.
