The UCSF-PDGM Test Subset (VQA Demo) is a three-study subset of the UCSF Preoperative Diffuse Glioma MRI (UCSF-PDGM) dataset, mirrored here as test fixtures for a web-based visual question answering (VQA) demo. The subset includes three preoperative brain MRI studies from patients with diffuse glioma, each containing multi-sequence NIfTI volumes (T1, T1c, T2, FLAIR, SWI, DWI, ADC, ASL, DTI derivatives) and segmentations (tumor, brain, brain parenchyma). The dataset is intended for demonstration and development purposes only, not for training or evaluating new models. It is distributed under the CC BY 4.0 license and requires citation of the original UCSF-PDGM publication.
